First, log into CINAHL. This is the best place to search for nursing literature. Second, open your textbook to your pyramid of evidence. (You can review this evidence-based practice guide on the levels of evidence though my pyramid will look different than the one in your textbook.) Run a search in CINAHL for a topic of your choice AND then a study type. For example: catheter AND systematic review.
