When accessing O'Reilly Safari ebooks from an OU Libraries link, you will be prompted enter your OU email (ohio.edu) to continue.  If you have not already created an account with O'Reilly, you only need to enter you email and click the "Let's Go" button.  However, certain circumstances may lead you to get an error message on this page

NOTE: If your ohio.edu email was previously used for free-trial access to Safari you may become locked out after 30 days and see the message "Unable to create user" on the login page.  If you suspect this may have happened, please email customercare@oreilly.com directly. However, if you have any trouble with this, please contact the OU Libraries staff for assistance.
