To reserve a room in Alden, please visit the study room reservation system. Before reserving a room, read the study room policies.

Directions:

1. From the Library’s website menu, hover over Services, then click "Study & Meeting Rooms," which is found under Services at Alden Library.
2. On this page, there is a "Reserve a Study Room" button that will take you to our reservation system.
3. Choose "Reserve a Study Room" once you are in the reservation system. 
4. You will see a list of all study rooms available for reserve in Alden.
   • Red blocks mean the space is booked, green means available.
5. Select when you want to book a space by clicking on a green (available) block.
6. You can fine tune the length of your reservation at the bottom of the page.
   • You can select more than 1 – 30 minute time block per reservation up to 3 hours in a 24-hour period.
7. Enter your name, your @ohio.edu email address, a nickname for the reservation, select your college affiliation, and submit your reservation.
